Manufacturing Assembler Technician

Full Time Reno, NV, US

Salary Range: $18.50 To $21.00 Annually

Mechanical Assembler - Full-Time

Selco Products is a family-owned company that has been proudly operating since 1958. We are an innovative manufacturing company that offers a starting hourly rate of $18.50, opportunities for growth within the organization, an excellent benefits package including 401 (k), medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a friendly, safe work environment.

Asa Mechanical Assembler, you'll work with a variety of components and tasks, including:

  • Wire harness assembly and wire processing
  • Mechanical assembly and crimping
  • Soldering, grinding, and welding
  • Epoxy pottingand packaging
  • PCBA assembly and basic electronic testing (a plus)

Experience with automation systems or collaborative robots (cobots) is preferred, as we continue expanding our automated production capabilities.

You will rotate through tasks as needed and help uphold the quality of various products for our global customers.

Education/Experience Required:

  • All experience levels welcome—on-the-job training provided
  • Prior assembly, soldering, or mechanical work is helpful
  • Experience with automation or cobots is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive team attitude
