Your Role:
As an Automation Process Technician, you’ll play a key part in keeping our production lines efficient, precise, and forward-thinking. Your expertise in machine controls, robotics, and process optimization will help us deliver premium sustainable products at scale.


What You’ll Do:
• Develop, implement, and maintain automation systems to enhance production efficiency and consistency
• Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize industrial machinery—including Fanuc robotics and control systems
• Improve production performance using statistical process control and lean practices
• Drive projects focused on equipment upgrades and process improvements
• Provide hands-on support during line startups, including debugging and training
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation for equipment, processes, and improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and elevate quality standards


What You Bring:
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with automation in a manufacturing setting
• Proven ability to troubleshoot control systems (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, robotic)
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts and data-driven decision making
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working with technical documentation
• Bonus points for experience with:
– Vision systems (e.g., Fanuc iRVision, Cognex)
– PLC programming (Rockwell Automation, Fanuc)
– CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam)

Required Competencies

  • Ability to independently troubleshoot production machinery and equipment, and continuously evaluate for improvement to safety, quality, and productivity
  • Microsoft Office
  • Solid knowledge of production processes and mechanical understanding
  • Understanding of lean processes
  • Have the ability to build and maintain relationships and work as a team player

Desirable Skills (not required)

  • 2+ years in an Automation Technician role
  • Vision system experience, (Fanuc iRVision, Cognex Vision)
  • PLC Programming and troubleshooting (Rockwell Automation, Fanuc, or Automation Direct)
  • 3D CAD experience (Solidworks)
  • 2D CAD experience (AutoCAD or Draftsight)
