The Opportunity
CACI has an immediate need for an Application Engineer to join our mission-critical program. You'll help build an intelligent cyber resilience platform that manages system security authorizations, tracks compliance, and proactively addresses enterprise risk.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and operate analytics solutions using Python Lambda, Pig, and PySpark.
  • Review data ingest tickets and collaborate with other developers on merge requests.
  • Ensure reliable and accurate data delivery for end users.
  • Monitor daily operations and troubleshoot data issues, including validating that incoming data is accurate and complete.
  • Support the ongoing evolution of automated security capabilities aligned with Secure the Enterprise goals.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
  • Candidates must meet one of the following combinations of education and experience in a technical field directly related to this role. All degrees, diplomas, and certificates must be from accredited institutions:
    • 12 years of experience with a High School Diploma/GED
    • 10 years of experience with an Associate's degree
    • 8 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree
    • 6 years of experience with a Master's degree
    • 4 years of experience with a Doctorate
  • Strong background in analytics development
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Experience with System Authorization

Desired:
  • Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
  • Experience with vulnerability management and/or tools such as Nessus Vulnerability Scanner
  • Experience with patch management and IAVA tracking
  • Familiarity with Pig and PySpark
  • Experience developing AWS Lambda functions
  • Background working in an Agile environment
