The position operates Monday through Friday between 6:30 a.m. and 4:45 p.m., with a 9-hour shift that includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch, not to exceed 40 hours per week.Position SummaryThe Telephone Medical Appointment Clerk/Consult Agent supports a high-volume healthcare call center.
