We are currently seeking applicants for a Residential Clinical Manager position for a highly mission-driven behavioral health organization we represent based in Anchorage, Alaska.

Compensation & Benefits

Position Summary

The Residential Clinical Manager will lead the Anchorage Residential Team, providing critical support to individuals facing severe mental health challenges. Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership:
    Supervise and lead a multidisciplinary team, including program managers, clinicians, clinical associates, and peer support specialists.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a clinical setting with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
