Test Equipment Engineer

Are you ready to grow your career in a dynamic manufacturing environment and be part of a high-performing team?

 

We are looking for a Test Equipment Engineer (Measurement Engineer) to support test system reliability, validation, programming, and documentation in a manufacturing environment.

 

What is your role?

As a Test Equipment Engineer, you will support manufacturing test equipment, analyze test issues, and help ensure stable, documented, and capable production processes.

Major responsibilities and tasks
  • Support manufacturing test equipment for optical performance, inspection, geometry, and qualification.
  • Analyze test failures, repeatability issues, reference concerns, and equipment alarms.
  • Support software, hardware, fixture, and interface updates under change control.
  • Collect and analyze measurement data to confirm equipment performance and process readiness.
  • Create and maintain test methods, troubleshooting guides, and calibration-related documentation.
What do you need to have?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Controls, Software, Optical, or related Engineering.
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Knowledge of instrumentation, measurement systems, automation, or programming.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications, electrical diagrams, and test data.
  • English proficiency for technical communication.
  • Experience with LabVIEW, Python, SQL, PLC, HMI, vision systems, or fiber optic testing is a plus.
