Job description

Job Overview

HMD Trucking is hiring experienced CDL Class A drivers experienced with load securement and tarping for Flatbed positions. We offer steady freight, strong pay, and full support for every mile.


Qualifications

  • Active CDL Class A license

  • Flatbed experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of verifiable OTR driving experience

  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years

  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years

  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents


Compensation and Bonuses

  • Base pay: 70 cents per mile

  • Safety and productivity bonus: up to 10 cents per mile

  • $5,000 sign-on bonus

  • Pay for every load,regardless of whether a tarp is needed

  • Home time: 2 weeks out - 2 nights at home

  • Weekly pay range:$1,505-$2,175
