Responsibilities
BIM Modeling & Coordination
- Assist in developing and maintaining BIM models throughout design and construction phases.
- Support model coordination efforts across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Participate in clash detection reviews and help track issue resolution.
- Maintain model accuracy, organization, and compliance with project BIM standards.
- Assist with model updates and revisions based on project team feedback.
Project Support
- Generate plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and other project documentation from BIM models.
- Support project teams with model-based quantity takeoffs and data extraction.
- Prepare visualizations, presentations, and project coordination materials as needed.
- Help manage model files, project folders, and digital documentation systems.
- Attend coordination meetings and document action items.
Technology & Process Improvement
- Support implementation of BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
- Assist with quality control reviews of models and project data.
