Job Description AutoCAD Drafter Location: Tampa, FL (100% Onsite) Work Location: ESA Building A, 7820 Palm River Rd., Tampa, FL 33619 Duration: 6+ Month Contract Schedule: 30-40 hours per week Employment Type: W2 Contract Pay: $40-$45/HR Position Summary We are seeking an experienced AutoCAD Drafter to support engineering and construction projects by creating and maintaining detailed technical drawings and schematics. This role works closely with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet project specifications, engineering standards, and quality requirements. The ideal candidate has strong AutoCAD experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage drawing revisions and technical documentation in a collaborative engineering environment

Key Responsibilities Create detailed technical drawings and schematics for engineering and construction projects. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure drawings meet project specifications. Update, revise, and maintain existing drawings throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure all drawings comply with engineering and drafting standards. Maintain organized project documentation and drawing files. Support multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.

Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of AutoCAD drafting experience. Proficiency with AutoCAD and related drafting tools. Knowledge of engineering and architectural drafting principles.

Strong understanding of technical drawing standards and best practices. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work effectively with engineers, designers, and project managers. Preferred Qualifications Degree or diploma in Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. CAD certification is a plus.
