Job description

AutoCAD Engineer - Commercial Cabinetry

Holland's Custom Cabinets is seeking an experienced AutoCAD Engineer to support commercial cabinetry and millwork projects. This is an in-person position based in El Cajon, CA.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 4-5 years of AutoCAD experience in a commercial environment.
  • Experience creating commercial cabinetry and millwork drawings while maintaining ADA compliance.
  • Strong understanding of commercial cabinetry standards, ADA requirements, and related industry practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality drawings.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Ability and willingness to perform field measurements when required.
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and advance within the company.
  • Availability to work in person only; remote and hybrid work are not available for this role.
Compensation and Schedule

This position is compensated on an hourly basis, with a starting pay range of $30.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

This is a full-time position requiring a 40-hour work week unless otherwise directed by management. Standard working hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; schedule adjustments may be considered with prior manager approval.
