  • Assist in preparing CNC cutting files using AutoCAD 2D
  • Revise drawings based on redlines and engineering feedback
  • Maintain organized documentation and drawing revisions
  • Learn fabrication methods and manufacturing best practices
  • Collaborate with senior designers, engineers, and production teams

Required Qualifications
  • Strong work ethic with dependable attendance and punctuality
  • 0–4 years of drafting/design experience (heavy industrial or shipyard preferred)
  • Willingness and ability to learn and accept feedback
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D required; 3D experience a plus)
