Professional Detailer

Prestige Transportation & Overland Chauffeured Services:
Kansas City’s premier luxury transportation company is expanding and looking to bring on additional team members. Prestige Transportation & Overland Chauffeured Service’s is Kansas City’s leading 24/7 chauffeured transportation provider that drive Kansas City’s elite.
Detailing Responsibilities :
  • Work in a very labor-intensive environment.
  • Detailing the inside and outside of both small and large vehicles up to the size of Motor Coaches
  • Outside daily in Spring Summer and Fall cleaning large vehicles, both exterior and interior.
  • Effectively communicate with management throughout the day about detailing related issues found while detailing - damage, extra services needed, etc.
  • Be able to handle kind, constructive feedback to better your detailing skills.
  • Must be self motivated and keep working, this position requires someone who does not have to be told what to do constantly. Ideal candidate is someone who can keep working to improve the look of the fleet.
  • Have the desire to learn how to perform specialized services such as paint correction, ceramic coatings, headlight restorations, scratch removal, touch up paint.
  • Be on the move. You should be willing and able to operate tools, pressure washers, detailing equipment, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Go over vehicle with management to maintain quality control.
  • Touch up vehicles to ensure they are up to company standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management - FLEXIBILITY IS KEY!

Janatorial Responsibilities:
Daily Cleaning & Facility Maintenance:
  • Clean and sanitize kitchens, including dishes, countertops, and surfaces.
  • Perform laundry services: washing, drying, folding, ironing, and proper storage of items
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers.
  • Dust and organize common areas.
  • Clean Glass, mirrors, etc.
  • Assist in cleaning up the shop, need good organizational skills.

Experience:
  • One year detailing.

  • You are comfortable taking on a project and working without supervision.
  • You can hold yourself accountable for your detailing quality and performance.
  • You must be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours a day and be able to frequently lift, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, all with or without reasonable accommodation.
