Job Summary
We are looking for an Automotive Technician - R&I to join our team.
Requirements / Qualifications โ€“ Auto Body R&I Technician

  • ย Prior experience in auto body repair, disassembly, and reassembly (R&I) preferredย 
  • ย Strong knowledge of vehicle components, including mechanical, electrical, and structural systemsย 
  • ย Ability to safely remove and reinstall parts such as bumpers, panels, lights, trim, and interior componentsย 
  • ย Experience working with a wide range of vehicle makes and models (foreign and domestic)ย 
  • ย Basic understanding of OEM repair procedures and safety standardsย 
  • ย Ability to identify damaged or missing parts and communicate with estimators and techniciansย 
  • ย Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and shop equipmentย 
  • ย Ability to read and follow repair orders and instructions accuratelyย 
  • ย Strong attention to detail and organization skillsย 
  • ย Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining qualityย 
  • ย Valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving recordย 
  • ย Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, standing, reaching)ย 
  • ย I-CAR certification (preferred but not required)ย 
  • ย Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitude
Qualifications
  • Automotive Service Excellence/ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers/SAE certification is preferred
  • Strong customer service and communications skills are required
