Job Description
Automotive shop located in Palatine is looking for a talented Auto Mechanic/Manager to assess and repair a wide variety of issues on foreign and domestic vehicles. The ideal candidate will also be able to communicate well with customers, with the ability to sell work that is needed.
Responsibilities include:
- Oil changes
- Alignments
- Breathalyzer installations
- Audio installations
- Engine & Transmission work
- Engine diagnostics
- Electronic trouble shooting
- Brakes
- Front end work
- fleet and general repair
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in automotive repair
- Must have your own tools
- Willingness to learn but also able to work independently
- Professional and responsible
