If you’re mechanically inclined and ready to grow, this role puts you at the heart of manufacturing premium cleaning equipment used in commercial and industrial settings. From auto scrubbers and vacuums to burnishers, extractors, floor machines, and sweepers—you’ll help deliver products known for durability and reliability.

Your Path Here
  • Contract-to-Hire opportunity with steady hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm (overtime as needed).
  • Competitive pay: $17.50 – $20.00 per hour.
  • Based in Pingree Grove, IL.
The Challenge You’ll Tackle

We’ll trust you to bring precision, accountability, and teamwork to every build:

  • Assemble equipment to spec using bills of material, prints, and build documentation.
  • Identify nonconforming parts and take action—reject or report—before they impact production.
  • Run in-process tests to verify performance and quality.
  • Work closely with the Line Foreman and support teammates to hit targets.
  • Document everything accurately: material move tickets, inspection results, in-process and reject tags, rework orders, and corrective action reports.
  • Use the company’s computer system to print tickets and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Model safe work practices and follow all safety rules and procedures.
