Safety Sensitive Position
Daily reports and processes are completed and processed daily. Responsible for the processing of time sheet for Restaurant payroll information and submit to the Company Payroll Department in a timely and accurate manner. Orders Restaurant supplies from vendors, organizes vendor invoices, checks in vendors and processes all invoices or receipts and submits to the Administrative office, Performs inventory on all merchandise at the Gift Shop and/or working at the Gift Shop, Assist with credit card reconciliation, Will assist and fill in where and when needed at the Restaurant. Responsible for formatting and posting Employee's work schedules. Responsible for checking out and balancing Wait Staff.
  • Computer experience; strong organizational skills; ability to set up and maintain filing systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality related to Customer information, Business and/or Financial Affairs/Reports of this Company. Strong verbal skills, ability to interact with Community, Customers, Employees, and Supervisors. Must have the ability to think and act autonomously as well as work in a business setting and structure. Must be able to format reports and perform all job responsibilities that are required for this position as listed below. Must have strong customer service skills. Ability to train/orientate personnel/staff as needed for cross training in all related functions

  • Ability to deal with a variety of personalities and situations, Integrity to maintain confidential information. Acts as a strong member of the team, functions autonomously.
