What You’ll Do

As an Automotive Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of your location. Your role includes:

Leading daily operations to achieve sales and profit growth

Building, hiring, and developing a high-performing team aligned with company culture

Ensuring all shop processes, inspections, and safety procedures are followed

Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining shop cleanliness & professionalism

Managing P&L responsibilities, including payroll, inventory, cost of goods, and quality control
