About the Role:
Join Ryans Auto Body as a Customer Service Representative and become the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this dynamic role, you will help guide customers through their auto body repair journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist customers with the repair process, including estimates, timelines, and insurance claims.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely updates on vehicle repairs.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, providing information and support as needed.
  • Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure a clean and welcoming reception area for customers.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss customer feedback and service improvements.
