Join the Critz Auto Service Team
Critz Auto is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Service Advisor to join our busy dealership. In this full-time role, you'll serve as the communication link between our customers and service technicians-helping to identify concerns, explain repairs clearly, and ensure a smooth, exceptional experience every time. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with people, and growing within the automotive industry, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
  • Greet customers with professionalism and care, ensuring a welcoming service experience
  • Communicate vehicle concerns clearly and effectively between customers and technicians
  • Explain recommended services and repairs in simple, easy-to-understand terms
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, repair orders, and warranty documentation
  • Verify service contract and warranty coverage for needed repairs
  • Schedule service appointments and manage technician workflow
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns
  • Maintain organized service records, invoices, and internal communications

What We're Looking For
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills; experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and DMS platforms preferred
  • Previous service advisor or dealership experience is a plus
