Location: Hatfield, PA.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:15 PM (45-minute lunch).
Pay: $25.00–$35.00+ per hour (based on experience and skill level) + Billable Hour Incentive Pay.

What You'll Do:
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle operating systems with accuracy and confidence.
  • Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, fluid services, and preventive maintenance.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs.
  • Perform brake, suspension, steering, and mechanical repairs.
  • Rotate, repair, and install tires.
  • Test and replace batteries and perform charging system checks.
  • Use digital inspection tools and shop tablets to document vehicle conditions and repair recommendations.
  • Recommend effective repair solutions while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  • Follow all safety procedures and quality control processes.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
  • Participate in free ongoing training and stay current with evolving automotive technology.

What We're Looking For:
  • Previous automotive repair and maintenance experience required.
  • Experience diagnosing and repairing domestic and import vehicles preferred.
  • Experience in oil changes, tire services, brakes, inspections, or basic automotive maintenance preferred.
  • Entry-level candidates with automotive education or shop experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Paid training available for motivated individuals.
  • ASE Certifications are a plus but not required.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repair procedures.
  • Welding experience or willingness to learn.
