Rehoboth Auto Repair is a trusted local auto shop serving the Rehoboth Beach community. We take pride in honest, high-quality service and a team that treats every customer like family. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dependable Tire & Lube Technician to join our crew.

What You'll Do

  • Perform routine oil and fluid changes

  • Mount, balance, and rotate tires

  • Inspect and repair tires (patches, plugs, replacements)

  • Check and top off fluids, filters, and belts as part of standard maintenance

  • Perform basic vehicle inspections and flag additional repair needs

  • Keep the service bay clean, organized, and safety-compliant

  • Provide friendly, professional service to every customer

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience in tire service, quick-lube, or general automotive maintenance preferred (but we're willing to train the right candidate)

  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools

  • Valid driver's license in good standing

  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment

  • Team player with a positive attitude toward customers and coworkers
