Responsibilities

*Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers, both in-person and over the phone, understand their needs, answer queries, provide quotes and timelines, and follow up on orders.


*Parts Identification: Indentify the correct parts using catalogs (physical and digital), understand part numbers.


*Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, create purchase orders, manage backorders, and ensure all parts are correctly labeled and priced.


*Order Processing: Place orders with suppliers, keep customers informed about their order.
