We are looking for a Sales Associate that can embrace our customer service philosophy and ensure we continue to provide unparalleled customer service.

Primary duties will consist of but not limited to:

· Build relationships with customers

· Greet and guide customers at the dealership and assist with vehicle selection that meets their needs

· Effectively promote and demonstrate model options, features, value added products and services

· Conducts vehicle test drives ensuring all rules of the road are followed

· Negotiates sale in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion

· Maintains accurate sales documentation

· Update job knowledge through educational opportunities that are provided

· Attend all staff meetings

· Follow up and commit to customer relations after the sale

· Generate new business by prospecting, and making follow up calls to customer base and referral sources

· Perform other duties as assigned


Education and/or Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Customer service and Sales experience required

· Automobile Sales experience preferred


Qualifications and Requirements:

· Current, valid drivers license with driving record that meets insurance company standards

· New or used car sales experience a plus

· Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written

· Good working relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient and professional service

· Earn and maintain on-going industry and factory related training requirements

· Basic computer and internet skills
