Sales and Service Trainee (SST)


Position Summary: We are looking for ambitious, proactive individuals who are eager to learn and grow. As a Sales and Service Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training as you rotate through various roles on our team. Your main responsibilities will include supporting our Sales and Service Representatives with their routes, providing customer service, and assisting with the installation and maintenance of equipment. Many SSTs are promoted to other roles within the company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Sales and Service Representatives with their service routes.
  • Support Installers at customer locations and help Rebuilders at our local branch.
  • Ensure company trucks are stocked with necessary equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery at customer locations.
  • Provide high-quality customer service, build relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction while visiting accounts.
  • Prepare invoices, collect payments, and settle customer accounts.


Qualifications:

  • Adaptability, strong work ethic, and an eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to obtain a CDL license with Hazmat endorsement after 90 days of hire and follow DOT regulations.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Availability for rotating on-call and emergency service schedules.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience.
  • Mechanical knowledge or experience.
