Working under the guidance of the Service Manager, the mechanic uses OEM diagnostic tools to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues, providing exceptional service to customers with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Perform vehicle diagnostics using OEM diagnostic tools
  • Execute engine repairs and maintenance
  • Conduct brake maintenance and replacements
  • Service electrical systems and resolve related issues
  • Replace defective or worn parts as needed
  • Interact professionally with customers regarding vehicle status and repairs
  • Carry out comprehensive safety inspections
