Job description

ROLE DESCRIPTION:Gary Clark - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer to generate new business opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will generate exceptional client experiences by communicating directly with clients, identifying their needs, and marketing products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish productive relationships to create a pipeline of prospective clients from various sources by networking, cold calling, product sales, cross-selling, referrals, your own circle of influence, etc.
  • Evaluate business or individual customer's needs and financial status and proposing protection plans that meet their criteria.
  • Monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Cultivate leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet customer acquisition and marketing goals.
  • Meet or speak with clients daily, providing information about policies and answering questions related to coverage and premiums.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Work alongside your agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
  • Constantly updating industry knowledge and skill set through workshops, continuous training, networking events, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate) preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships.
  • Passion for helping others.
  • Property and Casualty License and Life and Health License or must be able to obtain these licenses.
