Applicants must have a positive attitude, an outgoing personality, and a willingness to learn. Although not required, mechanical aptitude and automotive repair experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Chip Repair Technician, you will learn to professionally repair minor cracks and chips on auto glass in accordance with the AGRSSโ„ข Standard. Your trainer and mentor will teach you all the techniques the pros use to complete safe, high quality auto glass repairs with a focus on personal safety and outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

  • Mechanical ability and aptitude

  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision

  • Valid Driverโ€™s License

  • Clean background check and good driving record

  • Successfully pass pre-employment drug screen

  • Ability to lift and carry large, heavy objects (up to 75 pounds)

  • Ability to stand, bend, crouch, extend and kneel for extended period of time.

  • Automotive experience is a plus.

  • Must be able to complete background check/MVR and drug screening process.
