Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Helper to assist our lead Auto Glass Technician from Monday to Friday. This position involves a mix of working at our shop and traveling to customer locations in our mobile service van. You will work alongside an experienced tech to help with windshield replacements, window repairs, and tool management. This is a great entry-level role to learn a valuable trade with hands-on training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the lead technician at the shop and on mobile service calls.
  • Carry and lift heavy glass panels, windshields, and equipment.
  • Prep vehicles by removing wipers, moldings, and cowl panels.
  • Clean glass surfaces, vacuum broken glass, and prep frames.
  • Hand tools and materials to the lead technician during installations.
  • Help maintain, clean, and restock the shop and the mobile van.
  • Drive the company vehicle to customer job sites when needed.

Requirements and Skills


BILINGUAL Spanish and English

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Basic comfort using hand tools.
  • Good customer service skills when visiting client locations.
  • No prior auto glass experience required (on-the-job training provided).
