Job description

Mobile Auto Detailer – No Experience Required (Paid Training)
NextTouch Auto Detailing is hiring a dependable and motivated Mobile Auto Detailer to join our team. This is a hands-on role performing professional interior and exterior detailing services at customer locations throughout Northern Virginia.
You will be driving our fully equipped mobile detailing rig to job sites, so professionalism, responsibility, and punctuality are essential.
No prior detailing experience is required. Paid training is provided for candidates who are reliable, coachable, and ready to work.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Driving our mobile detailing vehicle to scheduled appointments.
  • Performing interior detailing (vacuuming, surface cleaning, stain removal when needed).
  • Safely hand washing vehicles using proper techniques and pH-balanced products.
  • Cleaning wheels and tires.
  • Applying ceramic spray sealants and protective products.
  • Assisting with paint decontamination and enhancement services.
  • Setting up and breaking down equipment at each job.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized mobile work environment.
  • Representing NextTouch professionally at every customer location.
  • This is physical, active work. You will be standing, bending, lifting equipment, and working outdoors throughout the day.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Reliable transportation to and from dispatch location.
  • Valid driver’s license (required to operate company vehicle).
  • Strong work ethic and punctuality.
