Position Summary

Kunes Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing dealership team.

In this customer-focused sales role, you’ll help guests find the right new or pre-owned vehicle by building relationships, understanding their needs, presenting vehicle options, and delivering an exceptional buying experience.


Requirements:Compensation
  • Base Pay + Uncapped Commission
  • Monthly Volume Bonus Opportunities
  • Unlimited Earning Potential
  • TOP producers earn up to $120,000/yr! First Year Average is $50,000-$75,000/yr
Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process
  • Build relationships through exceptional customer service
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the right new or pre-owned vehicle
  • Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
  • Explain vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and ownership benefits
  • Negotiate and complete vehicle sales professionally
  • Maintain customer relationships through follow-up and repeat business
  • Utilize dealership CRM tools to manage customer communications and sales opportunities
  • Stay current on vehicle inventory, product knowledge, and automotive technology
  • Collaborate with sales managers, finance, and service teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Commissioned Sales experience is REQUIRED
  • Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
