Detailer Position Summary:

The Detailer at a car dealership is responsible for the cleaning, polishing, and aesthetic maintenance of new and used vehicles, ensuring that each car is in pristine condition for display and customer delivery. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in handling cleaning and polishing products, and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Previous professional experience in automotive detailing is required. Candidates must have hands-on experience detailing vehicles in a dealership, automotive shop, or similar professional environment.

Main Responsibilities:

- Exterior Cleaning: Washing and drying the vehicle’s exterior, cleaning windows, mirrors, and wheels, and applying waxes and polishes to enhance the vehicle's shine and protection.

- Interior Cleaning: Vacuuming carpets and upholstery, cleaning seats, panels, consoles, and interior windows. Removing odors, stains, and dirt. Engine cleaning.

- Vehicle Preparation: Preparing vehicles for showroom display, ensuring each unit is in the best possible visual condition.

- Defect Correction: Identifying and correcting minor imperfections such as scratches, stains, and other damages on the paint or interior.

- Application of Protectants: Using sealants, paint protectants, and conditioning products for interiors and exteriors.

- Tool and Product Maintenance: Care and maintenance of tools and products used in the detailing process, ensuring their proper use and storage.

Our job is to supply the dealership with the best possible staff, eliminating their liability, unfixed costs such as, payroll taxes, supply costs, employee benefits, accidents, lawsuit, and/or worries all together. All employees are drug tested, background checked, and approved by each dealership management.
Our goal is to hold the highest CSI rating for customer service possible. Our staff is trained to have a \whatever it takes\ attitude, and also educated about CSI surveys.
