Service Pros Auto Glass โ€“ Kissimmee, FL

Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Growth Opportunities

Service Pros Auto Glass is seeking a motivated Dealership Support Representative to join our growing team in Kissimmee, Florida. This role works directly inside our partnered automotive dealerships assisting customers with windshield replacement services, glass repair scheduling, and service coordination.

This is a W-2 full-time position, weekly pay, and strong growth opportunities for individuals who enjoy customer service, sales, and relationship building.

Compensation:

  • Additional commission compensation

Schedule:

  • Full-Time Position
  • Monday โ€“ Saturday
  • 7:00 AM โ€“ 3:00 PM
  • 40 hours per week (ยฑ 2 hours depending on dealership activity)
  • Lunch break provided during shift

  • Build strong working relationships with service advisors, technicians, and dealership managers
  • Encourage dealership referrals and help achieve daily and weekly performance goals
  • Maintain accurate records of customer leads, service appointments, and completed jobs
  • Represent Service Pros Auto Glass with a professional, positive attitude

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable speaking with customers in a dealership environment
