Manufacturing Production Supervisor | $33-$37/hr. | Monday-Friday
$33-$37/hour | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:30 PM | Growing Manufacturing Team
Auto-Chlor System is expanding our Memphis manufacturing facility, and we're adding a second Production Supervisor to support our continued growth.
As we've added more assemblers, material handlers, and shipping personnel, we've outgrown a single-supervisor model. This position was created to support our growing team while improving leadership coverage and work-life balance.

Schedule
  • Monday-Friday
  • 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
  • Approximately 45 hours per week

Pay
$33-$37/hour (based on experience)
What You'll Lead
  • 10-20 production employees
  • Equipment Assemblers
  • Material Handlers
  • Shipping & Receiving

Responsibilities
  • Lead the team building commercial dishwashers and chemical dispensing equipment
  • Coach and develop employees
  • Promote safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Identify process improvements
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, Inventory, and Shipping
  • Help create a respectful, team-oriented culture
