Dolan Auto Group, named Best Place to Work in Northern Nevada, is looking for aย Parts Counter Personย to fill parts orders, perpetual inventory, provide parts advice to guests/techs, and diagnose any additional guest needs via prospecting and follow-ups. The expectations of our counter personnel are to be professional, knowledgeable, and courteous to all guests, co-workers, and the management team. The role is dynamic in the sense that tasks will change so adaptability is key.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Fill out parts orders.
  • Perpetual inventory.
  • Provide parts advice to guests/techs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all store customers.
  • Operate the electronic and paper cataloging system to retrieve up-to-date parts information.
  • effectively communicate features and benefits.
