Job description

Auto Body Technician

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our growing collision repair team. The ideal candidate will have experience in repairing and restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition, while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform structural and non-structural repairs on damaged vehicles
  • Analyze damage and develop repair plans based on estimates
  • Repair panels, frames, and components using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Perform body filler work, sanding, and surface preparation
  • Ensure proper alignment and fit of parts and panels
  • Collaborate with estimators, painters, and team members to meet production goals
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of auto body repair experience (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of collision repair techniques and tools
  • Ability to read and interpret repair procedures and estimates
  • Experience with frame machines and measuring systems
  • I-CAR certification or equivalent is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license
