An Auto Body Tech Helper assists auto body technicians with repairing and restoring vehicles that have been damaged in accidents or by wear and tear. Their duties often include preparing vehicles for repair, sanding surfaces, masking parts, mixing and applying fillers, and cleaning up the workspace. They also help move parts and tools, assist with basic repairs, and ensure the shop remains organized.
