**Job Description:**

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative at our autobody shop, where you will play an essential role in ensuring customer satisfaction and streamlining daily operations. We are seeking a professional and personable individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone, providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance.
- Manage customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating repair services efficiently.
