Full Job Description
Must be able to manage a fast paced shop.
-Communicate
-Communicate with customer on parts status.
-Must have experience working with a variety of insurance companies.
-Establish long-term and short-term goals to ensure the shop is successful.
-Ability to write estimates for multiple insurance companies.
-Quality inspects the vehicle following repairs to verify that repairs have been done properly.
-Responsible for assigning repair work to technicians and supervising workflow to complete vehicle repairs within specific target dates.
-Hold daily meetings.
-Schedule all sublet work in a timely manner.
- Create and follow a daily work schedule
- Create weekly/monthly pre-scheduled appointments
- Monthly Reporting
- Manage the internal billing and invoicing of repair orders in the system
- Prepare and submit weekly progress to upper management
Requirements:
- 2 year hands on body shop management experience
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- Ability to keep up with high volume and fast paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- A good problem solving attitude
- Spanish language is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting at $70,000 per year with commission
