Experienced Body Shop Technician

What You'll Do

• Perform high-quality collision repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models.

• Repair and replace damaged body panels and structural components.

• Straighten frames using industry-standard equipment.

• Complete body preparation for paint, including sanding, filling, and masking.

• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Work closely with estimators, painters, and production staff to deliver vehicles on time.

• Take pride in producing repairs that exceed customer expectations.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of collision repair experience.

• Strong structural and non-structural repair skills.

• Ability to read repair estimates and OEM repair procedures.

• Experience with frame equipment, measuring systems, and modern repair techniques.

• I-CAR and/or ASE certifications are a plus.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork.
