You will have the opportunity to work in the following areas:

  • Primary job is blueprinting: Removal of parts as needed to identify all necessary parts that need to be replaced and working with estimators to properly capture all required parts and costs.  
  • Final assembly of vehicle parts will be another key part of this job.
  • An ability to step in and do some of the actual estimating is a plus.
  • CCC Knowledge & Estimating skills is a plus.
  • Must have the ability & willingness to assist with Body Repairs as necessary. You are a team player and believe in helping others succeed.
  • Your motivation and drive gives you the speed & accuracy shops are looking for, meaning you are constantly challenging yourself on maintaining high quality while striving for high output.
  • You are detail oriented so that you can identify the damaged parts on a vehicle and have the knowledge of how to repair the vehicle correctly and safely.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of  2 years experience in a collision & body shop environment with experience tearing down and reassembling. 
  • Must have your own set of tools and be willing to continue to build your inventory of tools over time.
  • Continued training for iCar & ASE will be required.
  • Ability to learn software and other technical tools.
  • Must have a clean driving record.
  • Must have a valid Utah drivers license.

Pay:

  • PAY WILL DEPEND ON EXPERIENCE!  $20-$30+/hour
