What You'll Do
  • Perform repairs efficiently and accurately according to company, manufacturer, and insurance standards.
  • Follow all safety requirements and accurately track repair time.
  • Verify required parts and monitor vehicle progress through the repair process.
  • Document repairs performed, test procedures, and results on repair orders.
  • Maintain and properly use required tools, returning special tools after use.
  • Use shop supplies responsibly and keep a clean, organized workspace.
  • Ensure customer vehicles are returned clean and in good condition.
  • Stay current with training on repair techniques and materials.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and report safety or operational concerns.
  • Maintain professional appearance, punctuality, and complete other assigned duties.
