What You’ll Do
  • Create accurate, comprehensive repair estimates by examining and analyzing vehicle damage
  • Clearly educate customers on the repair process, insurance claims, timelines, and expectations
  • Follow the ABRA playbook to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency
  • Collaborate with insurance adjusters, dealerships, fleet partners, and internal production teams
  • Provide timely repair status updates—because communication and trust matter
  • Ensure every repair meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship

Requirements

Abra Estimator Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 1-3 years prior experience as a collision estimator or insurance appraiser
  • Prior damage analysis experience related to hybrid vehicles, restraint systems, electrical systems, and identifying hail, theft and/or vandalism damage
  • Proficiency using Mitchell or CCC-1 estimating software
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • I-CAR training or other industry training preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
  • High school diploma required
  • Must be able to work the following days and hours: Monday - Friday (7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
