Blue Ash Auto Body is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Body Shop Repair Technician who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and wants to work in a shop equipped for today's vehicles.

We repair everything from everyday collision damage to complex structural repairs. If you're looking to expand your skills while working alongside an experienced team in a well-equipped facility, you'll find that opportunity here.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models
  • Repair or replace damaged body panels and related components
  • Complete repairs according to OEM procedures and manufacturer specifications
  • Perform welding, panel fitting, metal finishing, and component replacement
  • Measure vehicle dimensions and restore vehicles to factory standards
  • Work closely with estimators and other team members to ensure efficient repairs
  • Maintain accurate repair documentation
  • Follow all safety procedures while maintaining a clean work area


Requirements:

  • Body Shop / Collision Repair experience required
  • Experience with aluminum repairs, EVs, or ADAS systems is a plus
  • I-CAR, ASE, or manufacturer certifications are welcomed but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a “show up, do it right, go home proud” mentality
