Benefits of the Auto Body General Manager Position:
  • Pay:$120,000 โ€“ 160,000/yearexpected annual compensation(100,000-130,000 annual salary plus eligibility for profit sharing incentives expected to range from 2000 to 4000 per month)

  • Auto body shop service writing/ estimating with DRP Experience, we're ready to help you grow your career!
  • Experience using CCC One, Mitchell and I-Car programs

  • Prior experience with direct repair programs
  • Excellent operational AND leadership abilities
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to pass a background check and receive approval from our insurance partners
