Auto Body & Paint Technician

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Auto Body & Paint Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in collision repair, bodywork, preparation, and automotive painting. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works efficiently, and pays close attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Perform collision and auto body repairs on a variety of vehicles.
  • Repair, replace, and align body panels, bumpers, fenders, doors, and other components.
  • Perform body filler, sanding, blocking, priming, and surface preparation.
  • Prepare vehicles for paint and perform high-quality automotive painting.
  • Match paint colors and blend paint to surrounding panels.
  • Apply primer, basecoat, and clearcoat properly.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure a high-quality finish.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow proper shop safety procedures and manufacturer repair guidelines.
  • Communicate professionally with management and other team members.
  • Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
