The auto-body repairer is responsible for repairing, restoring, and performing touch-ups and/or modifications on damaged tractors and equipment in order to restore their appearance and ensure compliance and safety. WHAT YOU WILL DO: • Inspect used or damaged tractors and equipment and assess the damage • Develop a repair plan (parts to replace, required work) • Straighten and repair surfaces (dents, scratches, corrosion) • Replace or adjust parts (doors, fenders, bumpers, windows, etc.) • Perform welding, assembly, and adjustment work • Prepare surfaces • Apply paint and finishing to restore original appearance • Verify the quality of repairs and the safety of the tractor or equipment • Maintain tools, equipment, and the workshop • Any other related tasks WHAT WE OFFER: Group insurance after 3 months of employment RRSP with employer contribution after 3 months of employment 4 paid personal or sick days per year Annual allowance for safety boots Annual tool allowance: keep your toolbox up to date and in great condition with peace of mind Employer-provided work clothing Corporate discounts for employees and their families Ongoing training provided by our technical trainer as well as John Deere WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: DEP in auto body repair (asset) Trade qualification card / certification (CPA) (asset) Strong knowledge of body repair and painting techniques Ability to use specialized tools (frame bench, welding equipment, etc.) Attention to detail and precision Good physical condition Team spirit and autonomy Strong customer service mindset Join our team of over 550 employees and build your EXTRAORDINARY career —with us!
