Job description
Ace is looking for an Auto Body Technician. The Primary purpose of this job is to perform body and paint maintenance on all fleet vehicles.
- Clean driving record, and have, or be willing to acquire, CDL license.
- Experience in auto body repair and painting is necessary.
- Monday through Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm with Overtime.
- Starting wage $24.00/hour
- Must have full use of body and senses to use heavy machinery, lift heavy parts, and repair heavy equipment.
- Good eyesight and depth perception are necessary for most jobs.
- Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. Auto Body work is very physical and requires heavy back, shoulder, and forearm strength.
- All of the day will be spent standing with frequent squatting, bending, reaching and twisting. Bending and flexing of the arms, wrists, and hands is very frequent throughout the day.
- Senses of sight, hearing, smell and speech are required.
- Ability to climb and balance are necessary.
- Knowledge of all types of auto body repair is essential, such as plastic, fiberglass, and metal.
