Job description

Dolan Auto Group, named Best Place to Work in Northern Nevada, is looking for a Certified Technician to perform automotive repairs and service in accordance with store and factory standards and diagnose and resolve different sources of automotive problems swiftly and accurately. The Service Technician works with all Service personnel and management to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Diagnose customer concerns/ problems.
  • Perform multi point inspections on every car.
  • Perform maintenance/ repairs on customer cars.
  • Perform new car inspection (PDI).
  • Maintain a clean work station.
  • Install accessories.
  • Perform estimates.
  • Maintain manufacture certifications.
  • Work on windows based programs.
