Firelands Collision by Diehl is hiring an experienced Auto Body Technician!
If you're an experienced collision repair professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to build a career with a growing automotive organization, we want to talk to you. Firelands Collision by Diehl is looking for a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities- Perform high-quality collision and auto body repairs
- Repair and replace damaged body panels and components
- Complete structural and frame repairs as needed
- Perform metal finishing, bodywork, and panel alignment
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicles for collision repairs
- Follow repair plans and manufacturer repair procedures
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and safety standards
- Work efficiently with estimators, painters, parts personnel, and other team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Previous professional auto body/collision repair experience required
- Strong knowledge of modern collision repair techniques
- Experience with frame and structural repairs preferred
- Ability to properly use collision repair tools and equipment
- I-CAR or manufacturer certifications are a plus
- Valid driver's license
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
