What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience in auto body/collision repair
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Superior communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
  • I-CAR certification is a plus (but not required)

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform collision repairs, dent removal, panel replacement, and refinishing.
  • Frame straightening and structural repairs.
  • Prep, prime, and paint vehicles to OEM standards.
  • Diagnose repair needs and communicate clearly with team members.
